VOW | Voices of Women-presented by We-ACE and powered by IBM, is an exclusive women-only Blogathon is a one-of-its-kind blogging contest, where ideas can come alive and inspire change. A place for women to share their voice on current and trending topics, themes and issues that matter to the women workforce and their role in business and society at large. An initiative by We-ACE, this Blogathon is open to women from all walks of life to engage in a discussion around larger trends, developments and barriers in the face of building a more diverse and inclusive workforce and work culture. Not all ideas will finally win, however we want to honour all those who have made it to the top and allow you to support your favourites. So here is your chance to root for a team and vote for your favourite idea through our Popular Choice Awards. Here is how it works:

• Anybody can vote by creating a profile on WeAce
• You can vote for multiple teams but you can only vote once for each team.
• Voting lines would be open till 21st March at 11:59 pm.
• Results would be announced based on the highest number of eligible votes.
• We encourage you to play fair. Don’t game the system. If we smell a rat, we will call it out 😊
